Bro. Samuel and Sister Joyce Latta were married on June 24, 1955, and are the parents of four children.  Bro. Latta began preaching when he was 15 years old.  He is a graduate of Apostolic Bible Institute in St. Paul, Minnesota.  He holds Bachelor of Theology, Master of Arts, and Doctor of Theology Degrees.

They have started many churches, and built 13 physical buildings.  Their pastorates included Sesser, Illinois; Rice Lake, Wisconsin; Moline, Illinois; Bloomington, Illinois; and Atlanta, Georgia.

They spent 16 years as missionaries to Africa, laboring in Liberia and Zimbabwe.  They traveled world-wide for 13 years, ministering in 44 different countries, teaching Evangelism and Leadership Seminars (Able Ministers of the New Testament) for the United Pentecostal Church International Global Missions Department.

Returning to pastoral ministry, they pastored 6 years in McDonough, Georgia.  Currently they are evanglizing, preaching revivals, and teaching leadership seminars that develop the ministry of the saints to the edifying of the church.

The Lattas ask for your continued prayers and support!
